It is AMG Rentals policy to promptly repair all vehicles subject to manufacturer's indications.
Unless you purchase our optional waiver products you will be liable to us for loss of or damage to the vehicle, which may extend to the full value of the vehicle.
We will waive this liability to the amount of the excess stated on the Rental Record if you accept Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). This excess can be waived by purchasing our recommended excess cover policy at time of rental. If you do not accept the excess waiver the damage up to the N.W.E. (Non Waivable Excess) amount will be charged to your rental agreement regardless of fault and any non-AMG coverage you might have. The person whose name appears as the renter on the Rental Record will be held financially responsible for all damages to the rental vehicle.
Please refer to the Rental Record provided to you at the time of rental to determine your specific level of damage responsibility.
You and any authorized driver must co-operate fully with the AMG investigation of any incident and defense of any claim involving the rental vehicle. Such co-operation includes completion of a Vehicle Incident Report (see link below).
A Vehicle Incident Report must be completed for each incident and surrendered to AMG at time of vehicle return. Please indicate any person’s injuries or fatalities in the damage description. For any queries during the rental please contact the renting location, for contact details please refer to the Rental Record.
